Operation Information

• Published Rates apply to advance confirmed reservations only. Rates are subject to availability.
• One to three night reservations per room requires a one night deposit. More than three nights
  per room an additional nights deposit is required.
• Deposit not transferable to future reservations. Deposit is refundable if a written cancellation is
• received 2 weeks in advance of arrival date.
• A 50% service charge will be assessed on all refunds. No refunds on unused days or no show, – no exceptions.
• Inside of 15 days prior to arrival no refunds will be given.
• Additional Persons: $10.00 per day (packages additional).
• Sorry NO PETS. nor bikes are allowed in units.
• Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am.
• Balance is due upon check in: Cash Visa, Mastercard or Discover, We do not accept American Express.
• All efficiencies are equipped with stoves including ovens.
• Connecting rooms available.
